• Work One-on-One with clients

• Create BEO's  - Banquet Event Orders

• Client and Staff Communication

• Event Planning & Coordination

• Hands On - at Catering Events

Service Team Leadership Includes:​

• Building a Winning Service Team

• Recruiting

• Interviewing

• On-Boarding & Training

• Scheduling, Coaching & Evaluation​​​​​​
